I run a beginners yoga Hatha style class at The Joneses Studio, The Bellhouse, Turk Street, Alton on Wednesday mornings at 10.00am. This is an inclusive class for all ages, gender and fitness levels. Please use the contact button to book your session. The sessions are 75 minutes long and are £10 per session or £50 for a course of 6. Your first taster session is free so please contact to book your first session. Please feel free to bring your own mat, blanket and other creature comforts but I have equipment you can use if required.
I am also starting a Yoga Power Workout Class in the Alton area from February which is designed to build up strength, tone and fitness levels. Please use contact to register interest.
If you have a preference for a class at a different time or a favoured location please email me your requirements and I can consider adding it to my future venues.
